Mid/Side Processing Made Effortless
BISON 500 enables any pair of mono compressors to operate in Mid/Side mode. With a single switch, the left channel controls the Mid information, while the right channel processes the Side content. This allows precise control over stereo width, center focus, and spatial balance without complex routing.
Bring Your Own Compressors
Two stereo jack send and return connectors on the front panel make it easy to integrate external compressors directly into the Mid/Side matrix. Engineers can pair and experiment with different compressor types to shape stereo dynamics creatively.
Parallel Compression Control
The onboard dry/wet knob introduces effortless parallel processing. This makes it possible to add impact, density, and energy to a mix while retaining the natural dynamics of the unprocessed signal.
