At its core is the EaganMatrix digital modular synthesis engine, developed by Haken Audio. This versatile sound engine supports a wide range of synthesis methods — from physical modeling and FM to subtractive and virtual analog — and is tailored to harness Osmose’s expressive capabilities.
Stand-Alone Synth or MPE Controller
Osmose works as a standalone synthesizer with onboard sound generation, and also as a MIDI controller with full MPE support. It integrates seamlessly with DAWs, hardware synths, and software instruments, offering flexible performance workflows.
Intuitive Interface and Performance Controls
A vibrant color display, pitch and modulation sliders, and ergonomically placed encoders make navigation and sound shaping instinctive. Two continuous pedal inputs and rich onboard effects extend expressive control.
