MC3.1
Monitor Controller
The MC3.1 is a powerful, precision-focused monitor controller designed for studios that demand transparency, flexibility, and absolute control over their monitoring environment.
Expanding on the proven foundation of the MC2.1, it introduces a broad range of advanced features including digital input support, extensive cue-mix routing, calibrated preset volume control, and detailed mix-checking tools. With multiple speaker outputs, refined switching options, and an ergonomic desktop design, the MC3.1 delivers a seamless, reliable, and highly accurate monitoring workflow for mixing, mastering, and critical listening.
Ultimate Control, Accurate & Transparent
The MC3.1 builds on the trusted accuracy, transparency, and build quality of the MC2.1, offering a more advanced and flexible toolset for precise monitoring. Designed to reproduce audio exactly as recorded, the MC3.1 adds more inputs, expanded routing, refined monitoring tools, and an ergonomic wedge-shaped desktop design for comfortable, intuitive operation.
Expanded Feature Set
Alongside its analogue inputs, the MC3.1 includes a high-resolution AES/S/PDIF digital input supporting up to 24-bit / 192 kHz, bringing the total to five individually switchable sources. A front-panel auxiliary input with level control enables fast connection of smartphones, tablets, and portable players.
Comprehensive cue-mix facilities allow independent source selection and level control for the main outputs, cue output, and both headphone amplifiers. This makes it possible for engineers and performers to monitor entirely different mixes at the same time. A dedicated cue-mix output adds even more flexibility for studio workflows.
Preset Volume Control
A secondary preset volume control provides a calibrated reference listening level. With a single switch, you can instantly return to a consistent monitoring volume, ensuring accuracy and repeatability during mix, master, and comparison work.
Well Connected
The MC3.1 includes three stereo balanced speaker outputs plus a dedicated mono speaker or subwoofer output, each with individual left/right trims for precise level matching. All outputs can be switched individually or in any combination, supporting a wide range of multi-speaker setups with or without subwoofer integration.
Advanced Monitoring Tools
Enhanced mix-checking features include low, mid, and high solo switches, allowing focused monitoring of specific frequency ranges. This helps you quickly evaluate low-end behaviour, midrange presence, and stereo detail with confidence.
Additional tools include left/right channel swap and an expanded talkback system supporting both internal and external microphones. Optional footswitch control enables hands-free talkback for streamlined session communication.
Built to Last
Smart, stylish, and durable, the MC3.1 is housed in a robust all-steel chassis engineered for years of reliable studio use. High-grade components throughout ensure consistent performance and long-term transparency, making it a dependable centrepiece for any professional monitoring chain.
